It features a variety of blue paints with glitter infused blue soft vinyl, is limited to 450 pieces, and retails for $190. The Kong Primal Frost Edition Soft Vinyl Figure stands 10” tall, is cast in glitter infused soft vinyl and features blue, white, pink red and yellow sprays. Kong also includes a swappable Mech Arm, a swappable left fist, a swappable right arm, a swappable left c-grip hand, and a battle axe. It is limited to 250 pieces and retails for $190.
