SDCC 2023 Exclusive G.I. Joe Classified Series Chuckles Action Figure by Hasbro

Hasbro’s first San Diego Comic-Con 2023 exclusive has been announced, and it’s this insane G.I. Joe Classified Series Chuckles Action Figure! The Blot has been a huge Chuckles fan ever since his Hawaiian shirt wearing action figure was released.  Then he played a somewhat big role in G.I. Joe: The Movie animated film, before being forgotten for decades. Then IDW brought him back in their COBRA comic book series, and Joe fans around the world finally understood the greatness that is undercover agent Philip “Chuckles” Provost!

The Comic-Con 2023 Exclusive G.I. Joe Classified Series Chuckles action figure comes with a ton of character specific accessories and comes packaged in a full color box with a fifth panel. Hasbro will not have this San Diego Comic-Con 2023 exclusive in hand.  Instead, fans will need to stop by the Hasbro Pulse Desk at the Hasbro SDCC booth #3213 starting on Wednesday, July 19, to get a one-time use code, which can be scanned for preorder on HasbroPulse.com. They can then pre-order it online for $41.99.
