Doaly tackles two tremendous sequels today with prints for The Dark Knight and The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers! As Bottleneck Gallery explained, “The Dark Knight was a cinematic success in so many ways, most importantly the first truly successful print-to-screen adaptation of a serious Joker (oh, the irony). Doaly’s print series plays with the various icons and symbols throughout the three movies, and this one features a deck full of Joker cards, arranged around the ubiquitous bat logo.”
The Dark Knight by Doaly is an 18”x24” hand numbered screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 200 pieces and will retail for $40, while the Variant is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $50. Both versions go on sale at 12pm ET today, Tuesday, February 23rd, at BottleneckGallery.com.
