ECHO (a new division of Road Crates, Inc) has announced a new officially licensed David Bowie Print Series that debuts today, Friday, January 8th, on what would have been Bowie’s 74th birthday! As ECHO explained, “A selection of today’s biggest and brightest visual artists create works inspired by the man who has transcended the boundaries of music, art and fashion for over five decades. The series will showcase work by some of today’s hottest artists, including N.C. Winters, Ken Taylor, Jermaine Rogers, Frank Kozik, Gabz, Luke Martin, Tara McPherson, Justin Hampton, Miles Tsang, Sam Gilbey, and other surprise artists to be announced.”
This exciting new David Bowie Print Series kicks off with “The Sound of Light” by Sam Gilbey. It is an 18”x24” hand numbered 15 color screen print, which will be available in four limited edition colorways. The Gallery Edition is limited to 200 pieces, the Rainbow Foil Variant is limited to 100 pieces, and the Gold Foil Variant is limited to 100 pieces.
