To celebrate Alien Day 2020 (it’s every April 26th in honor of LV-426), Reebok has released this insane ALIEN USCM Bug Stomper Capsule Collection! Directly inspired by the USCM uniform from the iconic Aliens film, Reebok is here to recruit you to be part of the crew with these exclusive Bug Stomper sneakers. Arriving in a military camouflage colorway, the unisex USCM Bug Stomper is packed with realistic touches and Easter eggs for die-hard Aliens fans. The sneaker features an array of notable graphics and materials inspired by the iconic film.
The Bug Stomper is deployed in a premium “stealth” packaging, inspired by the dropships used to distribute military supplies in the film. Adorned in back holographic foil, the uniquely designed 3D boxes have been hand-made and feature futuristic camo technology print. Reminiscent of the first-ever Alien Stomper box, the new iteration serves as a cloaking device through its reflective execution. The original Alien Stomper was designed and used for the 1979 movie Alien. After a highly limited release around the movie’s launch, Reebok did not produce any Alien Stompers until 2003. Back by popular demand, multiple colorways have since been released. The most recent release, the re-imagined Alien Stomper mid, celebrated the 40th anniversary of the film.
