Sideshow Collectibles and Unruly Industries continue Tracy Tubera’s epic Super Hero Sneakerhead Collection with three new vinyl figures of DC Comics’ iconic trinity. The officially licensed DC Comics Sneakerhead Collection includes Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman reimagined in Tracy’s unique art style. The Blot’s a huge fan of Tubera’s S.H.S. (aka Super Heroes in Sneakers) designs, so you know I was pumped to learn some of his classic DC prints were being turned into 3D vinyl figures.
As Tracy explained, Super Heroes and sneakers are “two things that meant a lot to me growing up and still do to this day. Two completely different cultures mashed together to create a new visual of things most people wouldn’t normally see together. I always wondered what kicks my favorite Super Hero would wear. That’s why I would create these illustrations and now DESIGNER COLLECTIBLE TOYS!”
The Tracy Tubera x DC Comics Sneakerhead Collection by Unruly Industries includes vinyl figures of Bruce (Batman), Clark (Superman) and Diana (Wonder Woman). All three figures are currently available for pre-order at Unruly.Sideshow.com for $135 each. Batman stands 6” tall, Superman stands 11.2” tall and Wonder Woman stands 8.6” tall.
