After almost a year and a half, Mondo is finally releasing a new Star Wars Portrait Print by Mike Mitchell is back!!! To celebrate the opening of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Mondo is releasing this beautiful Boba Fett (Prototype Armor) Portrait. The Blot loves Mitchell’s amazing take on Boba Fett’s all white prototype armor and how sleek does it look with a hot pink background!?! As Mondo explained, “Designed in 1978 by Joe Johnston, Boba Fett was originally part of a group of “Super Troopers” that donned this all white armor before eventually becoming the singular coolest bounty hunter first introduced in The Empire Strikes Back. Mike killed this, and the clean linework in Boba's armor paired with the stark pink background is too good.”
“Boba Fett (Prototype Armor)” by Mike Mitchell is a 12”x16” hand numbered Star Wars giclee portrait print, and retails for $80. This is a timed-edition print, so its run size will be set by the number of orders placed during the ordering window. It will go on sale at MondoTees.com today, Thursday, December 19th, at 12pm CST and will be available until Sunday, December 22nd, at 11:59pm CST.
