To commemorate the opening of Mark Nagata’s new exhibit, Kaiju vs Heroes, at the Japanese American National Museum, Max Toy Company has teamed up with the JANM to release this museum exclusive Lucky Red Sofubi-man vinyl figure! It is a wonderful homage to the men and women who cast soft vinyl figures in Japan.
The Lucky Red Sofubi-man stands 6” tall, is cast in unpainted red soft Japanese vinyl, and features one point of articulation at the neck. Collectors can pre-order this fantastic new colorway now at the Japanese American National Museum online store for $40. Please note, the figure will not ship until after September 15, 2018, when the exhibition opens, and is available in very limited quantities.
