The Blot was shocked to learn that after three years of the super popular SDCC exclusive Skottie Young Marvel Enamel Pin Series, Marvel would not be releasing a new batch of Skottie designed pins at San Diego Comic-Con 2017. Instead, Marvel is replacing it with this pretty bland Marvel Emojis Pins Series. What a letdown! As in years past, there will be a variety of different options to choose from in how you buy these exclusive pins at the Marvel SDCC booth.
There are four Marvel Emojis Pin 3 Packs ($25) each with a bonus pin: Guardians of the Galaxy (Star-Lord, Gamora & Groot), Team Cap (Captain America, The Falcon & Ant-Man), Team Iron Man (Iron Man, Black Panther & Vision) and Avengers (Hulk, Thor & Black Widow). Blind Pack 2 Pin Sets ($15) may include Venom, Ms. Marvel, Loki, Red Skull, Doctor Strange, Hawkeye, Rocket Raccoon & Drax. There’s also a Spider-Man Pin with Lanyard ($15) and three incentive pins ($10 each) of Captain Marvel, Thanos and Spider-Gwen. The incentive pins can only be purchased when you spend a certain amount at the Marvel booth.
