This past week marked the 30th anniversary of Nintendo's release of the classic video game The Legend of Zelda! To celebrate mind blowing milestone, Jermaine Rogers has created a new art print entitled “Healing”. If you grew up in the ‘80s then you know just how big of a phenomena The Legend of Zelda was.
As JR explained, “I was a teenager back in 1986, and was just about over video games in general...and then Zelda happened. It kind of blew me away. Electronic D&D! Hidden caves, lost treasure, mystical relics! Years of further anti-social behavior were guaranteed...” “Healing” features the game's hero Link when he's not doing so well. He's at a pretty low point, but he's found a fairy fountain and invigorating healing is only moments away.
“Healing” by Jermaine Rogers is a 22”x17” signed and numbered screen print. The Regular Edition comes printed on pearlescent Opal Stardream rich stock, is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $50, while the Tri-Force Gold Variant is printed on Antique Gold Stardream stock with a rich metallic hue, is limited to 30 pieces and will retail for $100. Both versions go on sale at 3pm EST this Friday, March 4th, at the Jermaine Rogers online store.
