Gotham: Rise of the Villains Minimates Series 3 Box Set will include former mayor and cultist Theo Galavan, his assassin sister Tabitha (a.k.a. The Tigress), the criminally deranged Barbara Kean, and the new Gotham City Police Chief Nathaniel Barnes.
