Man, we’ve gotten some awesome new info on FOX’s upcoming live action Deadpool film the past few days. First Ryan Reynolds tweeted a recent picture of him in the film’s Deadpool costume. Then we started learning more tidbits about the film’s cast, which includes Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, T.J. Miller as Weasel, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Gina Carano. Then FOX releases an official synopsis of Deadpool (which you can read below) and the film’s official logo and title card. So far, this film looks amazing! Can’t wait to see if Deadpool really goes for a hard R or if they tone it back to PG-13.
Deadpool Official Synopsys: Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
Deadpool, based on the popular Marvel mutant, attacks theaters everywhere on February 12, 2016.
