RSD 2015 Exclusive WWE The Wrestling Album & Piledriver Double LP Colored Vinyl Records

Record Store Day 2015 Exclusive WWE The Wrestling Album & Piledriver: The Wrestling Album 2 Double LP Colored Vinyl Records

Record Store Day has announced their long list of RSD 2015 exclusives, and at the top of The Blot’s must get list is this double LP of WWE’s classic ‘80s albums, The Wrestling Album and Piledriver: The Wrestling Album 2! The Wrestling Album was the first album released by the WWE (then the WWF) back in 1985, and featured mostly theme music of wrestlers on the roster at the time. Piledriver was released two years later (1987) and features actual vocal performances from several of the wrestlers themselves. I can still remember buying Piledriver on CD and listening to that album over and over again! I can’t wait to rebuy it for the first time in almost 30 years, but this time on vinyl.

The Record Store Day 2015 Exclusive The Wrestling Album and Piledriver Double LP by WWE and Legacy on two 12” colored vinyl records and is limited to 2,755 pieces. The Wrestling Album was pressed on red vinyl, while Piledriver was pressed on yellow vinyl. Like all RSD exclusives, this one will definitely go fast! So be sure to stop by your local indie music store on Record Store Day, April 18th, 2015.
