Last week Marvel announced the premiere date for Daredevil, its first live action television series on Netflix, and dropped this killer teaser one sheet TV poster for it! Daredevil will launch April 10, 2015 at 12:01am PT, which is just three short months from now. Daredevil Season 1 will be comprised of 13 one hour episodes, and is tradition with Netflix, all 13 episodes will be released at the same time. That means clear your calendars on Friday, April 10th and schedule a vacation day because we’ll all be binge watching Marvel’s Daredevil that day! It is unclear when Marvel’s next Netflix series, A.K.A. Jessica Jones, will debut. While it was originally slated for late 2015, rumor has it the show may be pushed to early 2016.
Official Synopsys: Marvel's Daredevil follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City.
The series stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson with Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk. Also starring are Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna, Bob Gunton as Leland Owlsley, Toby Leonard Moore as Wesley, Vondie Curtis-Hall as Ben Urich.
