One of The Blot’s favorite cartoons as a kid was the action packed ThunderCats! This show had it all, big personality heroes, crazy weapons, kids with flying skateboards, mutant animals, and a wild mythology steeped in magic. Sadly the franchise’s reboot a few years ago didn’t hit it big on Television because Lion-O and the ThunderCats really are amazing characters. Thankfully everything ‘80s is cool again, and we at least got an epic line of ThunderCats Pop! vinyl figures from Funko. That line expands next week with these two San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Exclusive ThunderCat Pop! figures – a Flocked Lion-O and a Glow in the Dark Mumm-Ra. That flocked Lion-O has my name on it!
Each San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Exclusive ThunderCats Pop! Television Vinyl Figure stands 3.75” tall and comes packaged in a full color displayable window box. Collectors can pick one up exclusively at the Funko SDCC booth next month.
