Gallery1988’s amazing Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary Traveling Group Art Show hit Chicago last weekend after stops in New York and LA. Next it’s on to San Diego Comic-Con 2014! Throughout the show’s run, Gallery1988 will be releasing some amazing prints by a venerable who’s who of artists inspired this iconic film. Somehow The Blot totally missed the announcement of the release of Gallery1988’s eighth print from the Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary Show. “They’re Here To Save The World” is by artist Joshua Budich, and looks fantastic! The Blot’s always been blown away by how realistic Budich’s able to make his designs look. “They’re Here To Save The World” measures 24”x36”, comes hand numbered and went on sale last Friday, June 19th, for $45 each. Unfortunately this bad boy sold out almost immediately upon release. There were approximately 250-200 prints sold at each tour stop and via the online store.
