This exciting new company aims to take an industry inspired by pop culture, and reinvent it using the techniques that other companies have made successful, but take them to a new level. For their very first release Grey Matter Art is teaming up with Grindhouse Releasing to produce a limited edition screen print by artist Randy Ortiz for the iconic horror film Cannibal Holocaust entitled “Welcome to the Jungle”.

Released in 1980 and directed by Ruggero Deodato, Cannibal Holocaust is often referred to as “The most controversial movie of all time," and is considered by many to be the innovator of the found footage style of narrative film making. "Welcome to the Jungle" by Randy Ortiz is a 24"x36" 6 color hand numbered screen print. The Standard Edition has a limited edition run size of 250 pieces and will retail for $45, while the “Green Inferno” Variant has a limited edition run size of 125 pieces and will retail for $55. Both prints go on sale at a random time between 1-2pm EST on Tuesday, April 8th, at the Grey Matter Art online store.
