If you’ve been reading TheBlotSays.com for a while then you know I’m a HUGE Suicide Squad fan. I’ve been reading (and loving) every Suicide Squad series and mini-series DC Comics has published since the ‘80s, including that really random Sgt. Rock series that was really never explained. It’s part of the reason I’ve enjoyed The CW’s Arrow television series so much. Since early on in the show’s first season it has prominently featured Suicide Squad members as weekly foils to Oliver Queen and Co., and now we know why. It’s because in two weeks the Suicide Squad takes over Arrow!
On the March 19th episode of Arrow aptly entitled “Suicide Squad”, Amanda Waller (aka The Wall) will be recruiting Diggle to join her Suicide Squad that includes Deadshot (Michael Rowe), Bronze Tiger (Michael Jai White) and Shrapnel (Sean Maher). This episode is going to be so sick!!! I just wish they had added Count Vertigo to the team as well.
