You all probably remember this amazing screen print series from The Blot’s San Diego Comic-Con 2013 coverage (originally seen here). But just in case, here’s a quick recap: the amazingly talented artist Brian Ewing was commissioned by Robert Kirkman and the AMC hit television show The Walking Dead to create four epic screen prints in honor of their SDCC 2013 The Walking Dead 10th Anniversary Party where Weezer performed! Each print in this four piece set features a different member of Weezer reanimated as a zombie. Pretty cool idea right!?!
Two sets of prints were created for and sold exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con, a Red Edition and a Black X-Ray Edition. Thankfully for those of us unable to attend SDCC, Brian is now releasing a third colorway exclusive to his online store! The Blue Edition The Walking Dead 10th Anniversary Party “Weezer Becomes The Walking Dead” Screen Print Series is limited to just 100 sets, and is currently available for purchase through Brian Ewing’s online store for just $100. Each print measures 18”x24” and comes signed and numbered by the artist. Act fast because I’m sure these bad boys will sell out quickly!
