Super7 will be releasing a new wave of officially licensed Star Wars t-shirts exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con 2013! While all four designs are awesome, my favorite hands down is the Episode IV inspired “A Cute Hope” by Jerome Lu (of Hyperactive Monkey). For Super7’s May The Fourth Be With You event, S7 invited Jerome come out to their shop to paint a huge mural featuring Star Wars signature characters in his inimitable style. After the event, the mural was claimed by Steve Sansweet and is now a permanent part of the Rancho Obi-Wan collection! How freaking awesome is that!?!?
Jerome’s painting and character designs were so well received by Star Wars fans of all ages, Super7 asked him to create a new design focusing on Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, which is now being released as the San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive “A Cute Hope” t-shirt seen here! This shirt and many others can be purchased at the Super7 SDCC booth #5245 for $25 each or 3 for $60. Any remaining t-shirts will be made available through the Super7 online store after Comic-Con.
