The Blot has never actually played HeroClix, but I do occasionally buy the HeroClix figures of my favorite DC and Marvel super heroes. They’re pretty cool figures regardless of whether or not you actually play the table top game. This San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive DC HeroClix Trinity of Sin Team Base is based upon content from the upcoming Justice League crossover event “Trinity War.”
The Trinity of Sin are Pandora, the Phantom Stranger, and the Question. Accused of being Earth's greatest transgressors, these three characters are together for the first time as HeroClix mini figures in this San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive DC HeroClix Set from WizKids Games (a subsidiary of NECA). I can’t lie, I really hate the New 52 versions of the Phantom Stranger and the Question. Really more so the Question as they’ve totally destroyed that character’s history. But if you’re a fan of DC’s new Justice League series then you’ll probably like this set.
The Trinity of Sin come together on a team base, or can be played or displayed on individual bases as well. Pick up this DC Comics HeroClix Team Base at NECA’s SDCC booth #3145 for $25.
