Funko is absolutely owning the second half of 2012! First they announce a wave of The Walking Dead Pop! vinyl figures and now this…an epic new line of Game of Thrones Pop! figures. HBO’s hit television show (based on George R. R. Martin’s popular line of books) has taken over pop culture, so you know it was only a matter of time before the sword and sorcery tale got its own toy line. The Blot just never expected them to be this darn cute!
Game of Thrones has quickly become one of The Blot’s favorite TV shows, and is really the only reason I continue to pay for HBO. If you haven’t seen an episode yet make sure you get caught up for Season 3’s premiere on March 31, 2013. Just be ready for some graphic sex and violence…you’ve been warned! Game of Thrones Pop!
