Kidrobot has given us the full reveal of its upcoming Dunny Series 2012 and man does it look incredible! For the past few months KR has done a great job pushing its Dunny platform in directions with both its 8” and special 3” releases. But this is the first time I’ve seen a full artist series with this many unique sculpts and accessories. I have to give Kidrobot’s it’s due…I’ve been asking for more from their Dunny releases and with Series 2012 they deliver! Plus there’s a freaking Sucklord Dunny!
Kidrobot’s Dunny Series 2012 features 20 designs by 14 artists, including seasoned Dunny masters mixed in with some fresh blood. Each artist has created characters that push Dunny into new worlds with new sculpts, new uses of the Dunny platform, new treatments, and new plans. A more colorful mix than you would find in the Mos Eisley Cantina, each figure is its own species – an ambassador to the mind of its creator.
