Threadless - “Heartless” Wizard of Oz T-Shirt

The Blot can remember a time in elementary school when all I read was Wizard of Oz books. I just devoured them. At the time, I even found myself liking that horrible Wizard of Oz sequel Disney produced, Return to Oz. I’ve seen it more recently, and unfortunately the sequel does not stand the test of time like the original The Wizard of Oz starring Judy Garland. Because of that childhood love for all things Oz, I was excited to see Threadless produce this Oz themed t-shirt last week.

How funny and creative is this shirt!?! I love how it re-imagines Dorothy’s motley crew as an armed gang cruising the streets in a ruby red sports car. The details on the car are great, including the Oz emblem on the car’s grill and the Wicked Witch of the West decal on the side. I guess the Tin Man has finally decided if he can’t get a heart, steal one.
