This week acclaimed artist
Luke Chueh released his newest print, “
Honey Bear.” The Blot is a huge fan of honey so this print is right up my alley. I’d be willing to go so far as to say its one of my favorite condiments of all time, right up there with ketchup, honey mustard, and ranch. It’s so popular it’s on my list twice! I don’t know what it is about that golden nectar, but I definitely think the cute plastic bear shaped bottle has something to do with it. That, and I was a huge Winnie the Pooh fan growing up and we all know how much that Pooh bear loves his honey.
The "Honey Bear" giclee print was released on Monday, December 1, 2008 exclusively by
Gallery 1988 LA and is a limited edition of 200. Each giclee is printed on 16” x 20” Ultrasmooth Fine Art Paper and comes signed, numbered and stamped by Chueh for authenticity. Each "Honey Bear" print also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Gallery 1988.
