Nicktoons’ new series Wolverine and The X-Men seems to be aiming for something very similar in that storylines seem to mimic stories set in the real X-Men universe and the characters appear to closely resemble their comic book counterparts. I always appreciate when a cartoon marketed towards children can also be enjoyed by comic book fans of all ages. This definitely doesn’t seem to be a kiddie version of the X-Men and with Emma Frost, Cannonball and Kitty Pryde as members of the team and appearances by Dust, Spiral, Mojo, and even The Incredible Hulk, Wolverine and the X-Men should be a really great series.
